An event is any action you track — a page view, button click, form submission, or custom server-side event. Meridian counts each individual event call toward your monthly limit. Page views and session starts are not counted automatically; you control what's tracked.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused days on a higher plan are prorated as credits.

Meridian is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell or share your data with third parties. Each workspace is logically isolated, and you can request full data deletion at any time.

Most teams see their first events in under ten minutes. Add our JavaScript snippet to your site or install one of our server-side SDKs (Node, Python, Go, Ruby), point it at your workspace key, and start sending events. We'll auto-detect your event schema and surface suggested dashboards.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Events are never silently dropped — instead, ingestion pauses and we'll prompt you to upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle. We don't charge overage fees without your explicit consent.
